In times of disaster, it is heartwarming to see communities come together to help each other out. Such is the case in Pampanga, where a group of volunteers from Suli Ning Lubao (SNL) took it upon themselves to distribute relief packs to those affected by the recent flooding caused by Typhoon Paeng.
The relief packs distributed by SNL contain essential goods such as canned sardines, meatloaf, Energen, instant noodles, and 2 kg of rice. These items can make a big difference in the lives of those who are affected by the calamity.
It can be remembered that Typhoon Paeng struck Pampanga from October 30 to 31, causing minor flooding in some areas. While the damage was not as severe, the effects were still felt by those who were affected. This is where the kindness and generosity of SNL and its volunteers come in.
Their efforts serve as an inspiration to us all to extend a helping hand to those in need. Whether through volunteering, donating, or simply spreading awareness, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by disasters.
